SUPPLIER SENSITISATION FOR DISADVANTAGED GROUPS
The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service is a State corporation established under the Universities Act, 2012 to coordinate the placement of Government-sponsored students to universities and colleges, among other functions.
The Placement Service invites suppliers from disadvantaged groups (youth, women and persons with disabilities) to a supplier sensitisation forum to be held at the Placement Service Customer Care Centre located on the Ground Floor, ACK Garden House Block “C”, along 1st Ngong Avenue, Community Area, Nairobi on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, from 10.00 am to 12 noon.
Among other issues, the groups will be sensitised on:
- Placement Service-supplier relationship
- Available procurement opportunities
- Registration requirements for suppliers under the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal (PPAD) Act, 2015.
- Supplier Eligibility
All suppliers registered under any of the aforementioned categories of disadvantaged groups are invited to attend. To confirm attendance, send your particulars by email to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before November 20, 2017.
